A classic summer wedding at St Giles House Wimborne St Giles , Dorset an English country elegance styled wedding .

This beautifully curated wedding for K & R was quintessentially English a classic colour palette of whites and gentle touches of blue , locally grown blooms interspersed with Dutch flowers bringing to life the vision on an English garden with a relaxed luxury feel to the day.

Bridal Party.

Kate carried a classic gentle country elegant delicate hand tied bouquet with seasonal British locally grown blooms with touches of Dutch .The bouquet of garden style roses , sweet peas , jasmine and cosmos touches of blue its natural movement , textures and perfume perfect for the most loveliest of brides, added to the bouquet were personal mementoes of the brides Grandmothers.

Groom , Dad and groomsmen wore white roses for their buttonholes.

The ceremony.

The church of Wimborne St Giles is one of the most beautiful local churches steeped with history, once the large wooden doors open the interior will take your breath away .

The aisles lined with floor arrangements of white gladioli, white peonies & roses and touches of pale blue delphinium and forget me nots fragrance from the trailing jasmine and sweet peas filled the air.

Showstopping urn and plinth arrangements greeted the bride and groom as they walked to the top of the aisle.

Wedding Breakfast .

The stunning St Giles House perfect for this English summer wedding steeped in history set in the most beautiful of grounds with an incredible interior which gives you a wow moment at every glance.

Round tables and long trestle styled tables were set in the library and the South drawing room white table linen and Wedgewood blue linen napkins , silver cutlery , cut glasses for the breakfast meal and blue water glasses accompanied by silver candlesticks and candelabras with white, pale and Wedgewood blue tapered dinner candles.

The florals arranged in high white footed bowls the candelabras dressed with floral rings at the base , white roses, peonies ,hydrangeas, ox eye daisies and touches of pale blue delphinium and forget me nots .

Florals from the church were moved to the wedding breakfast the urn and plinth arrangements dressed the doors of The Tapestry Room , aisles arrangements placed at the ends of the long trestle tables and on the beautiful marble fireplaces in The Library.

Candles lit for the wedding breakfast and twinkled in the summer evening for a romantic English wedding setting perfectly setting the whole scene in The Library.
